About Me
My name is David Brachio-Clark and I founded Novapraxa Business Solutions in late 2025. I am the founder and sole consultant behind the service, bringing a strong foundation in law and hands on experience in business operations.
My experience comes from working as part of a small team running a Community Interest Company where I oversaw a variety of operational activities including legal filings, business administration, business finances and HR ensuring that everything ran smoothly and met regulatory requirements. Prior to this i also completed a Bachelor’s in Law and went on to complete the first part of the Solicitor’s Qualifying Exams.
I started this consultancy because I’ve seen first-hand how much time and energy entrepreneurs lose to administrative and compliance tasks. I believe that great ideas deserve the space to grow without being buried under paperwork. Helping founders and small businesses stay organised and compliant means that they can focus on what they do best - building something amazing!
